Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of JiaWeiWenDanPian in the treatment of Phlegm-Damp Syndrome in Dyslipidemia.Methods:Sixty patients of Phlegm-Damp Syndrome in Dyslipidemia were divided into therapeutic group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)randomly.The patients of the therapeutic group were received JiaWeiWenDanPian and in the control group were given Xuezhikang capsule.The difference of the blood lipid levels,C-reaction protein(CRP)and the syndrome of Traditional Chinese Medicine scores in all the patients were observed between pre and post treatment.Results:After 4 weeks,it showed that JiaWeiWenDanPian could decrease the level of serum Total cholesterol(TC)and Triglyceride(TG).There was no significant difference on the aspects of total therapeutic effect of blood lipid between two.the groups(P＞0.05).Compared with the level of blood lipid between two the groups,the result was evaluated there was no significant difference in lowering the level of TG and increasing the level of High-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and Apolipoprotein A I(apoA I)(P＞0.05),but the levels of TC,Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and Apolipoprotein B(apoB)were obviously higher than those in control group(P＜0.01 or＜0.05).The improved rate of traditional Chinese medical syndrome scores in the therapeutic group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05).The improvement of head heaviness,chest distress,insomnia,bland taste and poor appetite in the therapeutic group was superior to that in the control group(P＜0.01 or P＜0.05).There was a decreasing trend in level of CRP,but the decrease was not statistically significant(P＞0.05). Conclusion:JiaWeiWenDanPian could remarkably decrease the blood lipid level of Phlegm-Damp Syndrome in Dyslipidemia and improve clinical symptoms.So JiaWeiWenDanPian is An ideal lipid lowering agents.
