Along with the constant development of information technology and network technology, information has played an increasingly important role in social development. Library as an information service institution, the establishment of digital information resourses has gradually become one important work of all the works in library. Especially for university libraries, in order to satisfy the needs of the teachers’scientific research and the students’study, they must give more attention on the digital information resources establishment. On this base, university libraries can provide a better service to users. However, due to various reasons, university libraries in China have the problem that the distribution of digital information resourses establishment is uneven in the region and the subjects. So it is essential to aqaintant present situation, especially the distribution of digital information establishment in university libraries.This thesis investigatate present situation of digital information resources establishment in university libraries in China .based on some investigate methods, such as network investigation, data analysis, comprehensive analysis and so on. We investigate the import databases in Chinese and foreign language,self-established databases and subject navigation in university libraries.From the results of the investigation, the author summarizes the problems on distribution and utilization of university libraries digital information establishment.Then we analysis the reasons for the existing problems.Next,the author gives some suggestions for rational distribution and the utilization rate improving of digital information resources establishment. This paper’s aim is to establish digital information resources collaboratively and sharing them. On this base we can gradually keep a relative balance on the region and the subjects of university libraries’digital information resources establishment in China.
