Research and Design on Long-Distance Regional Water Monitoring and Analyzing System

Abstract:

This paper is based on the key project of the Science and Technology Department of Zhejiang Province. After describing the technologies of Long-Distance Real Time Area Protecting Monitor and Control System, the paper was spread by those points. First, the paper introduced the whole situation of the project, presented the work that the author needed to do, specified the software flow and hardware structure done by the author, and described the actual running result at last.The paper was clewed by data stream. The first process was data sampling. Because of the noise which was brought in the system during the sampling, the paper designed the digital filter to resolve the problem in order not to appearing the situation that the monitoring data can not represent the actual condition. After filtering, there was an data forecast which means estimating the next data on this sampled data. If the forecasted data was bad, the system would notify the governor, helping them to take some action. The dealt data flowed to wireless communication equipment, then to monitor department. Ensuring data to be delivered exactly was the main task of the equipment. The paper described the implementary step of work, definition of communication protocol, and measure in order to avoid communication failure. The running result improved all the work was right and effective. Monitor department would store, statistic and analyze the flowed data. The paper imported BP neural network to analyze the water data. The evaluation presented that the monitor system needed to bring in this function. The paper also proved the feasibility of fulfillment.The author gave a summarization in last section, and brought forward some points that could be improved.
