The agricultural environment disaster has had the adverse effect to the agricultural production and the lives of the people, the harm social welfare, and hinders the economic development. In order to deal with the agricultural environment disaster\’s, we need to formulate each kind of disaster prevention, and disaster compensation measures, to reduce the disasters.
