The bioactivities of essential oil extract from 7 kinds of plant by steam distillation against the adult of Lasioderma serricorne、the larvae of Plodia interpunctella and Aspergillus oryzae were determinded.The results showed that the oil extract from Ilex volatile、Syzygium aromaticum、Eucalyptus globulus Labill、Acorus gramineus and the mixture of three individual oil extract had good activities.The oil extract from Ilex volatile had best contact and fumigation toxicity among tested oil extract.The active ingredient of the oil was determined as methyl salicylate through HPLC and Infrared Spectrometer.The structure of the active ingredient was modified in order to synthesize highly toxic compounds.The main results followed as below:1.The oil extracts from 7 kinds of plant against the adult of Lasioderma serricorne Fabricius had different contact and fumigation effect.The primary results showed that the oils extract from Ilex volatile、Syzygium aromaticum、Eucalyptus globulus、Acorus gramineus and the mixture of three individual oil extract had better contact and fumigation toxicity,the LC_(50) of oil extract from Ilex volatile was 0.95mg/mL、8.45μl/L respectively.the mixture of 1:2:1(Eucalyptus globules:Ilex volatile:Acorus gramineus) had best contact and fumigation toxicity among tested oil mixed,the CTC were 231.93、220.44.2.The results showed that the oil extract from Ilex volatile、Syzygium aromaticum、Eucalyptus globulus、Acorus gramineus and those mixed against the the larvae of Plodia interpunctella had better contact and fumigation effect,the toxicity of oil extract from Ilex volatile was highest.The average contact and fumigation corrected mortality were 90% and 100%when the concentration of 0.16mg/mL and 30μl/L.The mixture of 1:1:1(Eucalyptus globulus:Ilex volatile:Acorus gramineus) exhibits best synergistic action in contacting effect,the CTC was 259.26.3.The study selected 2 kinds of essential oil against the Aspergillus oryzae had better inhibition effect,they were extract from Ilex volatile and Foeniculum vulgare.The EC_(50) of the oil were 0.27 mg/mL、0.30 mg/mL.4.The active ingredient of the oil extract from Ilex volatile was determined as methyl salicylate by HPLC and infrared spectrometer.Then we use methyl salicylate react with 3-fluorine-4-methyl saniline、3-chlorine-4-methyls aniline、three fluorines thin out methyl aniline、three fluorines pair of methyls aniline,synthesized the higher toxicity of compounds against the adult of Lasioderma serricorne,the LC_(50) was 0.01 mg/mL.
